Management model

Within the management model we have a set of techniques that are applied to conduct business management and achieve established results.

And as we already know, for an organization to run well, efficiently and with positive results, it is necessary to have a very well structured management model, as it is from this that the involvement of employees will take place on a daily basis.

This solution was also structured within a methodology for measuring management performance called the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). It works as a general assessment of organizational performance.
