Scenario Analysis
This is the time to analyze the environment in which the company is involved and measure the impacts on the business. We then identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that this company is subjected to, generating the SWOT analysis that is essential for understanding the scenario.
Brainstorming: A rain of ideas to solve possible problems. This activity is applied to generate positive insights for the business.
Compliance: Analyzes the company's level of compliance with laws, policies, internal and external regulations.
Situation: Time to evaluate the set of events that can influence various aspects within a given moment in the company.
